Be a Friend to a College Student

College ministry is starting something new this fall and we would love for YOU to be a part of it. Not in college? Perfect because you are exactly who we need to get involved. We are hoping to pair college students with Thornapple families for fellowship, support, home-cooked meals and fun. Many of the college students who attend Thornapple every week are from out of state and far from their families. We would love to give them a place to belong not only at church but also, in the Grand Rapids community. This ministry can look differently depending on your family and what your family likes to do. A shared meal after church, a Super Bowl party invite, a washing machine and dryer that is available for a few more loads, a quick cup of coffee mid-week or just a friendly face to see every Sunday at church.
