Volunteer Opportunities

There are all kinds of volunteer opportunities at Thornapple - both inside and outside of the church. 

Children's Ministry:  We are preparing for the fall start of Sunday and Wednesday ministries and we need lots of volunteers!  To learn more click here, or contact Lynne McLaughlin (lmclaughlin@thornapple.org) or Lisa Udell (ludell@thornapple.org).

Justice Ministry: We recently began a team to address issues of justice here and around the world.  If you are interested in knowing more or joining the team, click here.

Ministry teams are groups of lay people who work on a common mission to serve, minister, and meet needs in Christ's name.  Each team is led by either a staff person or a lay leader.  Here is a listing of current ministry teams.  Read through the list.  If you are interested in volunteering, or if you would like more information, please call the church office (957-0580) and they will direct you to the correct contact person for the team/volunteer opportunity that you are interested in.
